It's not Rei's evil twin sister, but Rei herself possessed by her (supposed to be) heavenly servant Cestral.

So Cei. Or Reistral. Whatever. Always pretty fun to draw her like this. I like the dark dress and the red rose, oh and the eyes. x) Looks like she's having a very smexy attitude ... ah, oh well.
